This is the best trash company I have had in over 20 years. Not only do the men take care of the trash properly without leaving a trace, when you call customer service they are outstanding. You don’t have to go through any automated prompts you get right to a real life person. So easy to deal with. Oh and not to mention, they are the most affordable company in the area.

Had a commercial account for 3 years with no issue until November 2025. Recent bad weather caused Sunburst to not be able to empty my dumpster for 2 out of 3 pickups in a row. (My dumpster is in a difficult location up a small hill, so this is understandable. I also have no control of when the lot is plowed, when Sunburst shows up, or when it snows lol) If this happens, they call to inform you that they were unable to empty the dumpster and they will come back NEXT WEEK'S SCHEDULED PICKUP DAY.
