Spent several years there until 2 years ago as condition of property was deteriorating and unit we rented never saw any updates. Owner raised rent significantly and also wanted 3 months time. Would not negotiate and we moved onto an extremely nicer property 1/2 mile away that we are now in our 2nd year and just contracted for a 3rd year. Owner in Sunburst was later found to lower prices and flexible but condition as it stands now we will probably never return!
