If you live here your car will get towed multiple times per year! Guaranteed. I’ve lived here 3 years. There’s only ONE PARKING SPACE PER UNIT! It’s $400 every time they tow your car. There’s no extra parking. They have over 30 spaces for guests but you and your guests will get towed if you park there for more than 2 days. This is your first and last warning! This HOA has lost there mind.
The house was getting renovated and when i got back into the house there was a bunch of homeless people living there.

HoA board members should be leading by example, not trying to use the fact they're a HoA board member as an excuse to break those same standard the wish to uphold. They care more about parking enforcement over the real problems such as rusting out stair cases you could literally fall through or the fact that the foundation is sinking and is doing visible damage to various buildings. Get it together HoA board members you do afterall get paid to look after the residents of the properties best interests.
