*Bumping this back to a 3. We heard from the regional director today, and she is addressing the concerns.* Our experience with this Pre-K program thus far has been incredibly frustrating, primarily due to a serious lack of communication and organization. At parent orientation, we were given a booklet containing multiple pieces of incorrect information. A corrected version was eventually provided, but not until after the school year had already begun. *Reached out to the Corporate Office on Aug. 10th with these details. We were told we'd hear back from the regional director. Today is Aug. 17th, with no follow-up. They are really family oriented and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend this place! They truly care about their families and it shows through their actions.

My nephews go here and they absolutely love it!! They have the best time with their friends and teachers!! They always say they have the best time here!!
