We absolutely love this childcare center! My kids have been enrolled here for almost 2 years. From day one, the staff has been welcoming, caring, and genuinely invested in our children’s happiness and development. We moved to Sunbrook 7 months ago and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Our daughter has truly thrived since the change. She looks forward to going to school every day and always leaves happy, which means everything to us as parents. The staff is absolutely amazing—so loving, attentive, and communicative. I would typically recommend this center based on the quality of care provided by the classroom teachers and caregivers. The staff working directly with the children have been kind, attentive, and supportive. However, after extensive back-and-forth communication with the local office, area management, regional leadership, and corporate accounting, there have been ongoing and serious administrative issues that remain unresolved. My account experienced repeated billing errors, including payments being misplaced or mishandled. D... read more
