Two years ago I worked with Webb, and everything went smoothly. My most recent experience has been a disaster. UPDATE: My transaction with Sunbrite is now complete and in the spirit of fairness I want to provide an update. The quoted lead time for the order was 6 weeks. In the end, it was 12 weeks. The order was finalized on July 17, and I was told the doors would arrive on August 29. The first week of September, I hadn't heard anything, so I called for an update on Thursday.
