Two years ago I worked with Webb, and everything went smoothly. My most recent experience has been a disaster. This summer, I had some damage to my house in a storm and I ordered a new set of JeldWen doors through Sunbrite. The order was finalized on July 17, and I was told the doors would arrive on August 29. The first week of September, I hadn't heard anything, so I called for an update on Thursday. I requested license info after receiving a quote, and after 4 months and nearly 2 dozen emails I still don't have it despite being promised it many, many times. I reached out to the manufacturer to get traction and they pointed me to a different installer (who has been very responsive). However, due to the delays created by Sunbrite, window prices by Sierra Pacific have gone up 8%. So now I have to pay more for the windows I've been trying to buy for 4 months.
