I requested license info after receiving a quote, and after 4 months and nearly 2 dozen emails I still don't have it despite being promised it many, many times. I reached out to the manufacturer to get traction and they pointed me to a different installer (who has been very responsive). However, due to the delays created by Sunbrite, window prices by Sierra Pacific have gone up 8%. So now I have to pay more for the windows I've been trying to buy for 4 months. Mr Lim and team are the best . They are extremely professional and understand each and very details of what is required for your house. They are very reasonable on the price too. I can definitely say that they are the best in the area.
I can't speak highly enough of Sunbrite. Webb was communicative, helpful in recommendations and listened to what I needed. They were well priced and efficient and I loved the final product of the 7 windows I had replaced. Would gladly recommend for your next project!
