When my pool filter stated spewing sand back into the pool, I called the home warranty company (AHS), and they contracted out to SunBright. Steve came out the next morning, assessed the situation and left an estimate... all before I even woke up. I sent the estimate to my pool guy (who knew Steve, and thought very highly of him) and decided on a course of action. AHS doesn't pay to change out the sand in a sand filter, so you have to decide if you want to come out of pocket for that, or just go ahead and replace the sand fil... read more
Tech came out, was rude, didn’t know what he was doing and made a terrible diagnosis
Company told us one thing and then went back and told the warranty company another to be denied and wanted us to go through them. difference is they did not realize we recorded it all on the camera so we will be forwarding there sack to our warranty company. Rude people!!!
Sunbright Pools replaced my pool pump today. They were sent by my home warranty OneGuard! Great Job!
Complete scammer company. This is a company used by American Home Shield (Who I also don't recommend) and they replaced my pool motor a year ago. They replaced it with a USED/REFURBISHED motor. "We are allowed to do that, per your warranty company." Of course, a year later the motor failed, and since they replaced it the first time apparently they weren't going to get paid or something?
