Navi was so amazing! He addressed all the questions I had, and put my mind at ease. He was able to fix any concerns I had, and the things he couldn't fix on the spot, he documented so we can get it fixed in the near future. This move was so stressful, but Navi was a breath of fresh air. He's so polite and friendly, and has great customer service skills. He explained things very well. Highly recommend
