Working with Jennifer has made such a difference in my selfcare routine. She's also been helping with an old shoulder injury compounded by the affects of frozen shoulder, bringing back mobility and eliminating pain. Her technique is some of the best I've experienced and her genuine sense of presence during sessions leads to deep relaxation and healing, not to mention her space is beautiful and instantly soothing. First time trying Cranial Sacral Therapy and I would describe it as a grounding body meditation. At the end I was aware of a general crustiness in my body and followed up with a long walk and stretching. Jennifer was very thoughtful in preparing for the appointment, discussing my needs and experiences, and educational about the technique. Highly recommend!

Jennifer’s craniosacral work is amazing. I’m also a massage therapist, and I cannot recommend this work more. If you’re not familiar with craniosacral, I’d say give it a try. I went in with high stress, neck stiffness, a headache, and some lower back pain. I didn’t expect Jennifer to be able to address everything with just craniosacral work, but I was wrong— I felt incredible afterwards (and still do as I write this, the following day).
