Jennifer’s craniosacral work is amazing. I’m also a massage therapist, and I cannot recommend this work more. If you’re not familiar with craniosacral, I’d say give it a try. I went in with high stress, neck stiffness, a headache, and some lower back pain. I didn’t expect Jennifer to be able to address everything with just craniosacral work, but I was wrong— I felt incredible afterwards (and still do as I write this, the following day). My experience with Jennifer was exceptional. She communicated with warmth and professionalism, making me feel truly heard. Her gracious presence and receptive energy created a welcoming space. Jennifer’s skillful bodywork, especially the craniosacral massage, clearly reflected her training—the results were profound. I felt deeply relaxed, calm, and slept beautifully that night. Jennifer is a gifted masseuse who actually listens to your needs and delivers. I have had some bad experiences with massage techs being too rough and leaving me in more pain, but Jennifer takes the time to check-in before each session and deliver exactly what my body needs. Seeing her regularly has eliminated several of my chronic pain issues, and she has worked closely with me to hunt down the root cause of new pain when it develops. And of course her glowing spirit is always a comfort to be around.
I just got out of 90 minute massage and am in pure bliss. Jennifer has such a steady, grounding and loving touch. I was so relaxed that I kept drifting in and out of consciousness. My nervous system feels so melty and good. Ive never felt so rested in my life. She’s magic. I highly recommend
