Ordered a hat on April 24, 2017 and after waiting seven weeks they tell me probably another month, maybe. I canceled the order.

Randy, we apologize that we did not have your hat made and delivered in the time you expected. Sunbody Hats are a handmade and hand finished product, and some sizes must be made to order. This can often result in a bit of a wait time, particularly during our busy season (the summer months), but we are confident that the quality of the product makes up for any time lost waiting for it to arrive. We are sorry that you were disappointed.
No finer straw hat. Fine Guatemalan Palm looks like felt wears like iron. Virtually indestructible. Every time I see a nice crease on a good western I reshape. Fantastic, let's the creative juices flow. Great product!!!
With regret I removed a 5 star review I've had up since 2014. With at least half a dozen sunbody hats in our house I decided to order one for myself and our hired hand. I ordered from the pictures on the website. I wrote down my order and called during business hours from the feed truck. Both hats were not as ordered. One was supposed to be an open crown and came with a cattlemans crease. The other was supposed to have the leather band with the brass buckle in the picture and came with a cheap looking band with no buckle. I ... read more
