I loved going to this place to see model trains but unfortunately this business is now closed.
The store is called Discount Trains. NEVER EVER TRUST THEIR HOURS I WEND ON SUNDAY IT SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT NOON I WENT AT 12:19 THEIR NOT OPEN AND I GOT IT REPAIRED AND IT WAS BROKEN EVEN MORE NEVER TRUST WHAT YOU GET FROM THIS CRAP PLACE
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE –AVOID THIS BUSINESS!!! They misrepresented the condition of an expensive collectable item. Upon receipt, I called them on it and it turned into my word against theirs. With good faith renegotiation of sale, Jordan (the owner) made excuse after excuse why he couldn't live up to his refund promise. Basically endless stall tactics that took place for over a year. Stay as far away as you can. Sunbird Train Mart is the most en-ethically and incompetently run business I've ever dealt with. I've had to file a Master Card dispute, and a complaint with the Colorado BBB. I ordered 14 train books from them. Three of them had the wrong titles sent; a forth wasn't even sent at all. At one point, he told me a book I'd ordered, and they (possibly intentionally) sent me a different title, was no longer in stock or available.
