Paul is literally awesome. He always answers questions incredibly respectfully and with an understandable explanation. We know nothing about pools but just happen to have one. He continues to educate us and keeps our pool, sparkling clean I am continually impressed by his Knowledge and the high level of service he provides. We highly recommend him And Sunbird pools!

Had a great experience with Ben and his team. Was having some issues with old plumbing and losing pressure in our system. Ben responded to my first inquiry on Sunday evening, was able to take a look first thing Monday and had his crew out the next day for the fix. We did have an issue with the first fix failing (because of the old plumbing not because of the repair) but Ben was very responsive in coming back out and getting things squared away to get us back up and running very quickly. I am happy to recommend Sunbird to anyone who has a pool. Chris has provided excellent service over the past year that we have owned our pool. We are very pleased with the quality of service and the immediate response to what ever issues we have. Ben and his team are great to work with and look forward to continuing to receive their professional services for years to come.
My first interactions with Ben were great. We chatted a couple times prior to the service being done. I also had some additional questions about getting my pool cleaned as we chatted over text. I decided to get my calcium line removed and Ben recommended to do a water change due to my hardness and I also discovered my CYA level was high. For the pool cleaning, I ended up doing a chlorine bath. The day prior the service guy came out and this guy is when things went south. The rep needed to start the pump to drain the pool.
