Very professional, everything went as they said, price was as quoted, fixed the pump leak, were a great company. I would use them again and definitely recommend them.
Hired Sunbird Pools to clean heavy calcium off my large pool. Ben was very thorough in explaining what they would do. Chris did a wonderful job cleaning the pool and was very careful in doing so. I would highly recommend them. Attached are before and after photos.
I spoke with the Owner Ben. He was actually able to give me an estimate over the phone by looking at my pool via Google Earth. Chris came out and did the Tile Cleaning, Chemical Pool Cleaning, Cleaned the Filter and added DE along with start up chemicals. My pool looks great and the tile looks new. Both guys were very nice. First time doing business with Sunbird, he was able to work around my schedule to replace an electric valve actuator that had stopped working, leaving my cleaning system non-functional. Very professional, yet personable. Would definitely use Sunbird again.
If I could give Sunbird Pools more than 5 stars I would. Ben and his team are amazing! I am a new pool owner (less than a year when I contacted Ben) and had a less-than-ideal experience with the contractor that built my pool. I had zero instruction on how to maintain the pool and I was basically winging it for almost a year. I had no idea the pool equipment had never worked right.
