Kind, professional and welcoming practice. I appreciate Dr Griffin and the team seeing me to help sort out a retainer issue even though my ortho treatment was completed elsewhere interstate. All staff were friendly, efficient and the practice has a wonderful calm feel. Much appreciated ☺️

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - Bobby is an absolute joke, if you have an issue instead of trying to fix he just sits and smirks at you and tells you to complain to Aphra, he's left my daughters teeth pointing forward telling me they're her teeth in her mouth, insinuating I have no say, she's 15, so I do have everything to say about it, he's left glue on her teeth so she can't close her mouth properly and it's causing plaque build up, but Bobby is not willing accept it, he wouldn't even look to try and correct it. Bobby is the worst, stay clear, he doesn't own up to mistakes, he blames everyone else and does an awful job.
