We stayed in 19A, and were super impressed. Whales and dolphins, sunrise over the sea, endless views. Very comfortable apartment for our family of four, and plenty of room for entertaining guests. Relatively quiet area, 30 min walk to central Surfers. Lovely pool, spa, sauna, BBQs and even Tennis. Never seemed busy even during school holidays. We'll be back!

Travelling with an 11-month-old baby, all we wanted was a smooth check-in and a clean room so our little one could have a nap. Instead, Sunbird Beach Resort delivered one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had on a holiday. The apartment we were given was still dirty from the previous guests — unmade beds, rubbish left behind, and bathrooms in an unacceptable state. Absolutely dreadful experience at Sunbird Beach Resort. From the moment we arrived, it was disappointment after disappointment. Our room hadn’t even been cleaned after the previous guests—beds unmade, surfaces dirty, and bathrooms disgusting. Instead of an apology, we were told to leave for a few hours while they sorted it and that we’d get a call once it was ready. That call never came. If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at Sunbird Beach Resort was nothing short of appalling. We arrived to find our room dirty and clearly not cleaned from the previous tenants. The manager offered no apology and simply told us to leave while it was dealt with, promising a phone call once ready. No call ever came. Great location and great room. We stayed here with our 2 you kids and loved it. Secure parking with allocated bay ocean views (we saw whales from the balcony Well-equipped, clean room Great location.
