We had leaks on two occasions as a result of the poor workmanship when the solar panels were installed. The first leak was repaired and we were reimbursed the money we put down in good faith before the repair. But the second time there was a leak (less than 5 years), we were charged double for a repair that was not seen until the subcontractors came out. Run screaming! In a nutshell Sunbility stole my 30% cash deposit ($8,850) and never did a lick of work. I hired them for a solar installation through Solar United Neighbors (SUN) thinking I would get support from the June 2023 Miami co-op with a solar install from a vetted company. WRONG! Sunbility took my deposit and designed a system for my house + guest house, after telling me to do repairs for puddling on my flat roof. Worst company in history. We changed installer companies and no longer have Sunbility because of the lack of professionalism and customer service that this company has. Honestly, this company should be shut down. We were having issues with our solar panels and were calling and calling the office and no one answers. Apparently theres only people at the office once or twice a week. Good luck if you can contact someone. Beware!!! would give 0 . Cant get any one on the phone to rectify a horrible installation that ruined a newer tile roof. Very unprofessional. Mr. Gross is suppose to call me back been over 4 months now. Reply to Owner: No sir you have only sent the tech out once who check the system. The installer was suppose to come out that is what I am waiting on! you have all my information I would much rather talk to you over the phone to resolve this then to keep going back and forth on a review.
