Run screaming! In a nutshell Sunbility stole my 30% cash deposit ($8,850) and never did a lick of work. I hired them for a solar installation through Solar United Neighbors (SUN) thinking I would get support from the June 2023 Miami co-op with a solar install from a vetted company. WRONG! Sunbility took my deposit and designed a system for my house + guest house, after telling me to do repairs for puddling on my flat roof. I spent $2,000 on the roof repairs during the permitting process (so that's another $2k down the drain)... read more
Worst company in history. We changed installer companies and no longer have Sunbility because of the lack of professionalism and customer service that this company has. Honestly, this company should be shut down. We were having issues with our solar panels and were calling and calling the office and no one answers. Apparently theres only people at the office once or twice a week. Good luck if you can contact someone. Beware!!! would give 0 . Cant get any one on the phone to rectify a horrible installation that ruined a newer tile roof. Very unprofessional. Mr. Gross is suppose to call me back been over 4 months now. Reply to Owner: No sir you have only sent the tech out once who check the system. The installer was suppose to come out that is what I am waiting on! you have all my information I would much rather talk to you over the phone to resolve this then to keep going back and forth on a review.

Things started out great, they were responsive and willing to look at my system that was installed by another company that seems to have gone out of business. Quick to come out and take a look at my panels and troubleshoot and send a RMA request to the panel manufacturer. They have disappeared since. They do not return any calls, and the one time they did they claimed they were working with the manufacturer. I have since called the manufacturer and they checked their warranty requests and never received any request from Sunb... read more
