WARNING: Do not use this company. I contracted Sunbility to install a Tesla solar system with dual Powerwall 2 batteries. Sunbility subcontracted the electrical work to another company. What followed was over a year of delays, broken promises, and ultimately a system that was never properly commissioned. The installation was supposed to be completed in June of last year. Avoid Sunbility at all costs! It is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Here is my tale of woe: Eight years ago Sunbility installed a solar array on my roof. The pitch was that the solar would generate around $120 in electricity per month, enough to service the $25,000 loan I took out to pay for the installation. My solar array stopped working in July 2024, I started calling Sunbility regularly because I was losing money. No answer, no answer, no answer. HORRIBLE COMPANY. Seems like only one person works there. They are not helpful or reachable. I have the written warranty. They aren't honoring. Saying I have to service charge. Been over 5 months They said they couldn't get a crew to work in my area Palm Bay. Told me to email the owner. She won't reply. Can't get her business phone number. They do not follow the philosophy they have on their website. Won't even answer my texts anymore. IF THEY CLOS9NG WHAT ARE WE SUPPOSED TO DO FOR SERVICE AND HELP?

Horrible company! Do not recommend at all. They do not monitor or update the equipment and now our solar stopped producing and no one can be reached. The phone number rings a dead signal. Checked website and no other phone # to contact.

We had leaks on two occasions as a result of the poor workmanship when the solar panels were installed. The first leak was repaired and we were reimbursed the money we put down in good faith before the repair. But the second time there was a leak (less than 5 years), we were charged double for a repair that was not seen until the subcontractors came out. The subcontractors confirmed that the leak was as a result of the initial installers not sealing their work properly and these areas where the water leaked in were not seale... read more
