IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE THEM NEGATIVE STAR RATINGS. It has been over 168 days since closing and we still do not have a Satisfaction of Mortgage. We have asked about this and asked about this and we got the run-around for months. Now, they are not even communicating with us. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN and hope you think twice also.....clear title is a necessity.

We were buyers and did not have a choice but to use this title company, Sunbelt Title Agency. Bad Experience!! No flexibility to close after normal business hours (5pm). Some of us cant take off work. Every other title company I have ever been associated with would bend over backwards to close the file. No communication from the title agent. All communication seemed to go the the sellers realtor, which was strange. Did not know the date/time of closing. Again the sellers realtor told us the sellers were closing ahead of time... read more
