The first unit I rented overheated constantly. I was not given any credit for that. The next tractor I rented worked fine. There’s not many other places to rent equipment in the area. So recommendations are limited.
Helpful when we have needed to rent equipment.
Very unimpressed! We reserved a dump trailer a week prior. We showed up to pick up the dump trailer and somebody else was backing up to hook onto it. We told them we had it reserved and they told us that somebody else was going to take it, and there was nothing they could do about it, and that they did not have us on any schedule for reservation. We reserved a 60 ft man-lift at the end of last week and were told it would be delivered Monday morning. So at 10:45 in the middle of our job we called to get an ETA and we were told they had no record of our reservation and there was nothing they could do. We have record of our phone call making the reservation but nothing was offered to make it right. They had no other equipment that was not “broken”.
