Sunbelt has the best people to take care of your rental needs. Ty and Monica are efficient, accurate and friendly in helping to set up your order. They were great in listening to what you are trying to do and offered suggestions of other needed equipment that turned out to be essential. Their pricing beat every other vendor in the area. Working at Sunbelt Climate Control, is like asking monkeys to pilot the space shuttle to the moon. Horiffic business models to indice new recruits only to expect and plan for their failures, so they can demote, deflate and rehire, all at the expense of understaffed, power hunger middle management that will plan, lie, manipulate data to gain bonuses unearned. I rented an aerator at Sunbelt Rentals today and couldn’t be happier. I fortuitously met the GM out in their rental yard who helped me in a nano second. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize he was the GM. I was able to rent the machine and have it delivered to my house. If you haven’t rented from Sunbelt rentals, you are missing out. They by far are the best to do business, plenty of employees and no wait, in and out. Very professional employees! BTW, the GM is a Veteran, please support our Veterans. Thank you Sunbelt!
Lee Pitcher is a cheat, a thief and a liar. AVOID! Any business that employs Lee Pitcher, a two faced, back stabbing, cheating, thieving, liar deserves a 1 Star demerit He is a disgusting individual, spiteful, stupid little man. Lee Pitcher is a vicious liar who is a nasty storyteller, he whinges about everything and falsifies everything. If only 0 stars was an option...We rented for the weekend only to receive a faulty piece of equipment which did not allow us to complete the job. We used the machine for 2 hours max and it overheated, come to find out it was leaking radiator fluid. When we explained to the owner(and 3 employees before being connected to the owner) our disatisfaction because of the equipment not operating properly, we were blown off and charged full price plus a $35 fee for the company having to come retrieve the machine because it wouldn't r... read more
