I am very disappointed with Sunbelt rentals as a business owner who rents large equipment for construction work on a regular basis. I rented the lift for two days but signed up for the week option as I was told it would be cheaper. I was told I would get my money back if we returned it sooner. I was charged close to $3,000for two days and when I called back about getting some of my money back since we only used it for two days, I was told that I would not be getting any money back. Wow! Went to rent a concrete cutter and the white guy there told me they didn't have any in a rude mad way while I was looking at them!! Had to wait to talk to someone else. Then I was told he's racist and that why he told me he didn't have any! Do better!!!
Great service and equipment, they have everything !
