Driver of this truck parked in the middle of the road. Gave a couple of beeps to let him know we were there since he had no hazard lights on. Then he put hazard lights on, got out of the vehicle to go talk to a homeowner, said he was tired of people "bitching" and "being entitled" for him blocking the road. Proceed to inch out of the way, blocked the other part of the alleyway, then tried to hit my car. Will be filing a complaint and reporting to the city.
