Typically, I have really have a good experience the Hilliard store the kitten a lot loaded the scissor lift too far back almost killed me and my apprentice on the freeway. Had to pull over and load it so I had more tongue weight. I should’ve took it off then I knew better but I thought it’s got a little tongue weight
Dude was grouchy, nobody knows how to answer the phone, equipment didn’t work, this location is the only bad I think out of all I’ve been to.
Had to rent a duct lift. That i didn't even need
Very bad service and attitude – avoid this place! I had a terrible experience with Sunbelt Rentals. Todd had a seriously bad attitude from the start. Over the phone, we clearly agreed that I would rent a U-Haul to pick up a forklift on a trailer today. He told me that would be fine, and I followed through on my end. But when I showed up, he completely changed the story and said he wouldn’t let me take it—and that he’d maybe drop it off tomorrow afternoon instead.
