Awesome guys to deal with.
Most ignorant staff I have ever met. Will never go back. So many rental places in the area that are nicer to deal with.
Ever since Sunrise bought CRS these guys are so hard to deal with. You can’t book a piece of equipment unless you have an account. They won’t even take a credit card over the phone. I was two hours away from there location and they wanted me to come in and use my credit card to book an excavator. I called Cooper Equipment (right around the corner) and set me up right away. Much faster friendlier service and a genuine interest in doing business. I would never take out an account here.
