I can’t convey the unbelievable disrespect and disappointment. There are some amazing people that work here but can tell that they are overwhelmed and frustrated because there’s absolutely no leadership. The General manager is hardly ever there and makes clear he couldn’t care less about anyone or anything. I’m a small business owner that put my money, trust and support into sunbelt and have now lost THOUSANDS of dollars because of them. I had a reservation for a fan that was scheduled for picked up after 12 today per staff. I was told to only be charged for one day that I could not pick it up before 12 noon today. Upon calling to let them know that I was en route, I recieved a recording that the store was closed. To make it worse, I specifically asked wheb calling yesterday if I could I pick it up early and I was told that I would be charged for 3 days if I picked it up before 12. I am highly disappointed in my experience.

We rented a stump grinder from Sunbelt in Fredericksburg. The employees were exceptional. The price of the grinder was exactly as quoted on the phone without any additional charges. I was totally amazed. The staff was professional and helpful in explaining how to use the grinder, when to return it and we didn't have the need to ask any questions because they were all answered without asking. Thank you for the excellent service.
