If I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would. I called to rent a machine and was shocked by the way I was treated. After providing my information, I was told they didn’t want to rent to me because of my Middle Eastern name on my ID. I have never experienced something so unprofessional and discriminatory. No one should ever be judged or denied service because of their name or ethnicity. Customer service was beyond terrible, and I left feeling disrespected and humiliated. Very nice and friendly folks out there. I will rent from them.
The people at sunbelt not only helped me with my project. I had no clue about renting the equipment. They worked with me a few times on 2 projects and when they could have made a lot more money off me. They didn't they saved my butt. I was at fault and they had every right but understood I was an amateur and saved me. Thank you very much.
