I recently had a mechanical issue with one of my rentals, and your team responded immediately (even after 5 p.m.) by sending out a repairman named Earnest. He turned what could have been a bad situation into the best possible outcome. Thanks to his hard work and dedication, he got my tiller up and running that same evening, which meant I was able to get my garden in this year, a huge win for me. The staff was EXTREMLY helpful and friendly. The chipper i rented was in great shape and ran like a champ.
Fair prices. Convenient pick up & drop off hours. Staff is professional & customer friendly. Reasonable in providing accommodation when things are not perfect. Had rented a concrete saw & had to do some maintenance on it while in my possession. Staff understood & adjusted rental bill for my inconvenience. Was not expected but greatly appreciated
