Called in to see if they have a specific item. Person on the phone put me on hold to check item and confirmed they had it in stock. I drove out to get it at the end of the day before they closed, got there and they said they do not have it.
Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They are always ready and willing to help with whatever my needs may be! I have never had any issues with any equipment that I have rented from this location. Their prices are hard to beat as well. From hammer drills to jobsite lights and digital signage, I use Sunbelt for lots of different activities.
Fiona has been an incredible Acct. Manager for Propel Landscape! She has made it easy to rent, fix, and schedule when we needed equipment. We will definitely keep coming back to Sunbelt!
The employees are so friendly and nice. They help you load the equipment which is a bonus! I will use Sunbelt rentals moving forward!
