Don't trust to them, I scheduled rental 2 days later they call and ask to change rental machine with similar and I accepted even it's not best solution, than the day of picking up they called again and said the machine is broken so asked if they have the one I was asking for or if they can have another machine next day they said no you have to wait for this one to get parts and fix. I explained that was for scheduled concrete pour next but they don't care.
Don't trust this company at all. Was told one thing about availability by one employee only to be let down last minute by another ruining our project timeline. Totally unreliable.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Pick up and drop off was extremely simple.
Had a great experience.
