I had a very disappointing experience at sunbelt when renting a scissor lift. The equipment itself was fine, but the customer service left a lot to be desired. The staff refused to help me hook up the trailer to my truck, claiming that it “is not their responsibility.” This was very surprising, since other companies like U-Haul and Sunbelt Rentals always assist with mounting the trailer, securing it properly, and making sure everything is working before you leave. Matt and Chris make the rental process super simple. They’re helpful, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. I reserved an insulation vacuum one day in advance and when I showed up to grab it, I was in and out in no time. 5 star service. I’ll definitely be back.

Don't trust to them, I scheduled rental 2 days later they call and ask to change rental machine with similar and I accepted even it's not best solution, than the day of picking up they called again and said the machine is broken so asked if they have the one I was asking for or if they can have another machine next day they said no you have to wait for this one to get parts and fix. I explained that was for scheduled concrete pour next but they don't care.
