Rented a skid steer, auger, t-post driver to be delivered at 10 AM. Wasn’t delivered until after three and there was no pin to connect the auger bit. When we called to let them know their response” Yes, another driver needed that so they took it”. So they were aware they delivered it with no pen and it is now 1 o’clock on Saturday. It was delivered at 3 o’clock on Friday and we have yet been able to use any of the equipment. Do not Rent from these people as they are very unorganized and unprofessional. Rented a lawn aerator and I would recommend this location. The equipment was great and the service from everyone interacted with was great. I will be coming back.
