Sunbelt Rental is great! Their staff is always so helpful and have what I need. There rental prices are great!
I have been a Sunbelt customer for many years for my property management needs. I attended their customer appreciation event, and found all of the employees to be super personable and welcoming. I also enjoyed the good food from Pronto Pups and getting to see some equipment on display!
The Jenison store employees are fantastic. I would highly recommend using that store. I rented a stump grinder (and to no fault of theirs) it had an issue to where I had to get a different one. James (mechanic) came right out and tried to fix it. Unfortunately it was the computer that was beyond repair with the tools he had with him. By the time I made it back to the store, Anthony already had another waiting to go along with a partial credit back for my troubles.
