We had a miscommunication with Sunbelt Rentals about our equipment rental and ended up driving an hour out of our way on Memorial Day, only to find they were closed despite their Google profile saying otherwise. However, the manager called me on his off day and immediately made it right by arranging to have the equipment picked up from my location. I really appreciate their commitment to customer service and making things right.
