I called from 2:30 hrs away, in Washington DC and the staff worked it out to have a mechanic wait an additional 30 mins after hours. I would have had to wait til Monday to get the trailer and head to Boston, setting me back 3 days. Above and beyond customer service.

Our company, Hampton Electrical Services, had a miscommunication with our equipment rental and they were able to handle the situation instantly, got the equipment to our job site and kept our work rolling. Rented a 24" Trencher and trailer to carry it on for a long trench I had to dig in hard Aberdeen clay. They were very helpful in getting the trailer hooked up to my truck for me, I never towed before, and even took the time to show me how to operate it. I got the job done, no problems. If I ever have to rent anything, I will definitely be coming back.
