I called from 2:30 hrs away, in Washington DC and the staff worked it out to have a mechanic wait an additional 30 mins after hours. I would have had to wait til Monday to get the trailer and head to Boston, setting me back 3 days. Above and beyond customer service.
We want to thank Sarah Jack (our direct Salesperson out of the Rosedale office) and Jack (the manager at the Joppa location) for their amazing customer service this morning. Our company, Hampton Electrical Services, had a miscommunication with our equipment rental and they were able to handle the situation instantly, got the equipment to our job site and kept our work rolling. Rented a 24" Trencher and trailer to carry it on for a long trench I had to dig in hard Aberdeen clay. They were very helpful in getting the trailer hooked up to my truck for me, I never towed before, and even took the time to show me how to operate it. I got the job done, no problems. If I ever have to rent anything, I will definitely be coming back.
