I rented a material lift for my roofing crew. Luis and his team were a pleasure to work with. Even when our project was delayed, he had no problem adjusting the rental dates to accommodate our schedule. The entire team was professional, responsive and easy to work with... Definitely working with these guys in the future.

I had a great overall experience I ordered (2)16 foot ladders and two duct/material lifts and the initial order was done by Larry and then when I called back to order the ladders Luis helped me and then Lawrence came and delivered everything and when Lawrence delivered the lifts, there was a pin missing and Julia. The store manager came over and hand-delivered the pin. I gotta say That’s Service beyond my expectations thank you all for all of you did/do for us and for showing up to make a difference today.

First time customer of sunbelt, longtime renter of equipment for my company. Some client relations advice. This location will quote you over the phone then write you a new quote upon arrival for double. Then charge the deposit and total and claim there’s “nothing they can do”. What you could do is listen to clients who come in with a quote already in hand before putting their funds on hold. A real pleasure
