Great employees, easy to communicate with.
I haven't rented anything from there yet but great bunch of nice people
The customer service was excellent. We rented a Bobcat dingo to set rock inside of culverts for a trout stream. The dingo was pretty well used. The track on the machine would come off, and there was a tear in it, so we contacted sunbelt and responded with solutions immediately. We chose to bring it back and exchange it. The same model had a dead battery, and the other models were too small. So the service guys put a new battery in and got us on your way to Finnish the project. They sent out a lift out that was very dirty. Failed to provide safety instructions on a very unique lift. But did give a discount in the end.
