If I could give a 0 I would. Called and got a quote for a machine. Used the machine returned it and paid for it in the given time. 4 months later I get a bill for 3x more than the amount I already paid. Bait and switch. They sent me to collections! Lame company!!!!
Mostly a cluster. I tried to reserve a piece of equipment on their app. unfortunately, the app wasn't accepting ANY payment methods. So, I called in about a week in advance and made my reservation. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told a) they couldn't find my reservation, and b) the equipment I needed wasn't available, but they did have a smaller version. Showed up 7 minutes before my reserved rental. They spent 20 minutes checking to see if they had the equipment I had reserved. After another 5 minutes, I paid an went around to the back as asked. Spent 15 minutes waiting to have the correct item identified and potentially loaded in the back of my truck. Only one other person was back there and he was busy helping someone else. I recently used Sunbelt to supply some tools for a concrete slab I was pouring. This was my first time using Sunbelt. I met with KC and she was super helpful in organizing my reservations. I had a plate sander delivered, I believe by associate Brandon who called in advance and placed the item at a convenient spot for me and then sent me a picture to confirm. Reserved a machine for my husband to pick up. Gave the employee a set time to pick up (unbeknownst to me he entered an hour later than the time I requested). I even asked if it could be picked up earlier and he stated yes, no problem. If I wanted it earlier, why would you enter an hour later as the requested pickup time? We understand that it takes time to prep the machine, but when they choose to chat and help other customers that arrived after my husband, it is frustrating.
