Reserved a machine for my husband to pick up. Gave the employee a set time to pick up (unbeknownst to me he entered an hour later than the time I requested). I even asked if it could be picked up earlier and he stated yes, no problem. If I wanted it earlier, why would you enter an hour later as the requested pickup time? We understand that it takes time to prep the machine, but when they choose to chat and help other customers that arrived after my husband, it is frustrating.
