I reserved a piece of equiptment three weeks ago. I have hired all the workers that I need to complete the job. Everything is arranged for this weekend. I called today to make certain the equipment would be ready for pickup tomorrow. I am now told that the equipment is out for rent until Monday. No way I can rent it. My reservation was changed to "CWA" call when available, despite the fact that I had arranged to pick it up tomorrow.
