I reserved a piece of equiptment three weeks ago. I have hired all the workers that I need to complete the job. Everything is arranged for this weekend. I called today to make certain the equipment would be ready for pickup tomorrow. I am now told that the equipment is out for rent until Monday. No way I can rent it. My reservation was changed to "CWA" call when available, despite the fact that I had arranged to pick it up tomorrow. I just have to say that we are truly impressed over and over again with all of the guys at Sunbelt Rentals and their district manager, Chris. Their customer service goes way above and beyond and we are fortunate to have them in our town for all of our heavy equipment rental needs.
