So we rented an edger, the belt broke about 10 minutes into our rental. Not knowing what to do because it was after hours, or so I thought. My fiance went out to looking for 2 belts. He spent 2 hours it is looking for them. Finally ended up with 2 from 2 different places. While he was done I decided to call them and let them know what had happened. The customer service was great. Fast service . Will rent from again
Purchased equipment three weeks ago and it has not been delivered as promised. RJ the store manager seems to be in the bathroom or in a meeting every time I call and never calls back like he says. Very unprofessional.
