Rented a stump grinder on Tuesday thru Wednesday. Machine cut off multiple times while using wasting over an hour of time. Had to call for a blown fuse which disabled machine entirely. Returned machine on Wednesday. Told the guy out front and also the person checking it in that the guard came loose and got caught up in the tracks essentially ripping it off. Rented a piece of equipment (jack hammer for skid steer) on Friday, was only able to use the equipment for 1 hour before it started leaking hydraulic fluid. The rental office was closed by time this event occurred and would not be open again until the following Monday which is when the equipment was due to be returned. Upon returning the equipment, my father informed them of the situation and not being able to use the equipment. Had to rent a piece of equipment and trailer for work. Very quick response and service. Picked it up and returned it in minutes. Great job.

The salesperson who checked us out was very knowledgeable and helpful. Clear instructions, rented the stump grinder on a Friday kept over weekend and retuned on Tuesday after holiday. They charge one day service which is a huge plus and beats their competitors.
