I work for a construction company and we rent here often. The staff are friendly and helpful. Even though it's not my money, it's nice that they will discount items and work with you if you bring them back early.

Had to rent a trencher to dig up a broken water line. The line was deeper than we thought it would be. I called Sunbelt and they told me to bring the trencher back and they would have a larger one for me. There were no questions and they immediately refunded my money. Excellent people that work at the St. Albans, WV, store. They definitely went beyond what would be expected of them. They will get my business from now on even though there are a few other stores closer to me. I say thumbs up all the way for these guys.
