Had a snafu ( wasn't the right tool for the job) with the core bit and drill that I rented for a project at my vacation home. When returning I explained that it didn't work out for me. Was extremely pleased when I was able to come to an amicable solution with Kevin and Shan. This is what good customer relations should be. I won't hesitate to rent from them again.
This was, without question, the most disappointing rental experience I’ve encountered. During the recent snowstorm, our plow trucks were unable to access several of our commercial parking lots, so we came to your location seeking equipment to assist with snow removal. Upon arriving, we spoke with an employee in the parking lot who informed us that at least one skid steer was available for rent and directed us to the office to proceed.
