This location is a joke. I drive an hour and a half to pick up a Pressure Washing trailer to be there when they open at 7a. I get there at 6:47a and I was planning on waiting till they open. An employee came out to say they are in a meeting and will come get me when they are done. At 7:01 I walked in and was told to wait outside because they aren’t done yet. My time and my money isn’t cheap. I am a business owner and I have work to be done. At 7:15 I decided to leave because they still aren’t done when they open at 7.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk behind trencher I rented wasn’t working properly so Paul and Allen delivered a much better ride on trencher to me within two hours, and my location was more than an hour away. I ended up completing the job much quicker, even with the delay, because of the upgraded trencher. I was not charged for the upgrade or delivery, and they even took back the original trencher themselves. No business could do more to satisfy a customer than Sunbelt did for me. I highly recommend.
