Customer service is fantastic. But let me tell you, you HAVE to call them to schedule a pick up - no matter what your contract says. When I called, however, the voice mail was jacked up. I thought (incorrectly) that they would see I called and call me back. But they didn't. I sent an email but got no response. I went into panic mode around the 2nd day and ended up calling another store. Luckily I got to speak to someone and he was able to stop it.
