Good experience but some tools not so good condition
2 day job turned into a 5 day job because of sunbelt rentals in Delmar. Please save your time and money and shop rentals else where. After being greeted by lidia who acted as if I was inconveniencing through the entire process, I can’t get calls back from management, Scott Jarmin won’t take any accountability for faulty equipment not being serviced properly and still being sent out of his store, front office staff is incredibly unfamiliar with the machinery they are renting, 306 miles of driving later I guess I can say I’m v... read more
Bad customer service.
S/O to the entire staff in Delmar, MD🫡🙏🏾‼️ Miriam & Lidia, with out hesitate assisted me with prompt quotes for various pieces of equipment and in doing so I was able to send of quotes to my customers faster/ so grateful💕 The gents there too are well educated on the inventory and quick to help me out every time I go there, call or have questions ✅💯🫡 Been a customer for the better part of 10 years, ain’t changing no time soon👌🏾
