I called ahead to reserve an augerhead for the following week and gave the machine that I needed it to fit. I called back on Monday as I needed the auger on Wednesday. I was assure that the auger and attachment would fit my machine. After picking up and going to the jobsite, it was apparent that the auger attachment did not fit my machine. I tried to rent a machine from them and they wouldn’t allow me to take it because of my trailer. We haul machines with it all the time. They wanted to try to get me to pay for their delivery. They do not help out the small contractors

☆☆☆☆ (1 Star) As a contractor, I depend on rental equipment being safe, properly prepared, and matched to the job. Unfortunately, I’ve had several negative experiences with Sunbelt Rentals over the years, with the most significant occurring at the Harmarville location. The most frustrating incident happened when I was rented a machine with the wrong bucket attachment for the work I had scheduled. Tried to rent equipment and was told they didn’t have any inventory for weeks. Additionally the quote for weekend use was insane with delivery! Save yourself the time and money and call Westmoreland Equipment before these guys!
