Very helpful, accommodating, and professional. There was a miscommunication on our end and the reserved equipment was not delivered as we anticipated. I called the store and Josh stayed late after close to help get it all worked out. He had us as the first delivery the next morning, which allowed our work to commence as scheduled with now delay.
Equipment is new, but you're really paying for it. Check around. You can rent a much cheaper unit elsewhere.
