We used to rent through Home Depot for our small business and assumed rude customer service and faulty machines were just par for the industry. Sunbelt has earned our continued business through fair pricing, well educated staff, and good business practices. Awesome service and staff
Rented a backhoe from Sunbelt, was concerned about the weather. I mentioned my concern since we payed for the minimum 8hrs, they said “we’re reasonable”. The weather didn’t allow us to work more than 3hrs; upon return we asked if we could finish the full rental time of 8 hrs; they said we would need to pay for another 8hrs and there was nothing they could do for us, I believe they had every opportunity to help us and chose not to.
