The scissor lift that we rented from them broke down after less than 6 hours of use. They are giving us a free rental to make up for it (as well they should), but it will require us going back to the job to finish when we should have been able to get it done in one day.
We really appreciated that they worked hard to resolve a problem and we had a great experience with this company.
