Didn't have what I needed to rent close place sunbelt had it was 100 miles away.
We reserved/prepaid for a warehouse-type forklift on a Friday, for a big event over the weekend. We had five semi trucks to unload and the forklift was CRUCIAL to help make this happen. About an hour before they closed, the driver showed up with wrong lift(brought a huge telehandler) and we sent him back, informing him that it was the wrong piece of equipment for moving pallets.
