We lost power due to storms on Monday & noticed a post from Sunbelt stating they had generators for rent. The entire process was smooth & VERY educational! I wanted to Thank Jonathan B. /Isaac/Ernesto & Mike for all the kindness and expertise they provided! Happy to know we have such a wonderful place in our hour of need so close to Home! Thank you ALL!
Every time i call they just pick up and hang up. Seems like a real professional outlet.
We rented equipment from Sunbelt Rentals and unfortunately had a very poor experience. The equipment stopped working after a short period of use, and after bringing it back for repair, it failed again shortly afterward. We stayed in communication with the store throughout the entire process and returned the equipment the next day. Despite that, we were told the return was late and were informed that they filed a police report against us claiming the equipment was “stolen”, even though we had been communicating with the store... read more
Issac and Obed were awesome they both delivered what they promised. Our initial interaction was not optimal but Issac stepped in and made it happen for me. Obed stepped up as well it was just a misunderstanding on my part on how I was describing the item that I wanted to rent. Those two are a great team!!!
DO NOT RESERVE HERE!!! They will take your reservation but it doesn't mean a thing. They don't care if you will lose thousands in lost work by depending on them to actually have something you reserve. They made an argument that a reservation doesn't mean they will have something for you and that it just means if something you reserved comes in at some point you can rent it.
