I had a bad experience where I had about 10 back and forth calls with no responsiveness via email to get a lift ordered. My initial order included a harness, it was omitted once I finally got the contract, i called to have it re-added and then they never delivered one so the person operating the lift had no harness to use. They need to work on coordinating with sunbelts in other territories
These guys are awesome to work with!
