Won’t do business with Sunbelt again. Rented an expensive tractor that would not operate properly. Instead of owning the issue and acknowledging that they failed to meet expectations, they were petty and wanted to blame the customer. Deflected the root cause of poor equipment and would not offer some type of credit. Stay away.
Outstanding service! Rented a concrete grinder from them over the weekend. Had issues with e machine and brought it to their attention Monday morning. They reissured replacement machine for another weekend at no extra charge. No hassles no questions. Highly recommend!
