I rented an Auger and a cement mixer for a weekend. I had to call 5 times to make sure the equipment was actually reserved because they weren't getting me anything in writing. They also gave me the wrong size auger bit (I asked for 10 inch and they gave me 13 inch). Luckily Do It Center in Horseheads had the right size bit and my whole weekend worth of work didn't get ruined. They seemed indifferent when I told them the mistake they made. Very bad experience.
Sunbelt ripped us off. They charged us an extra $94 for replacing chains they claimed had been dragging. They were the ones who hooked the trailer up and it was never unhooked untill it was returned
